Cinnamon Pastry Shell
This recipe comes from Beth Schwartz.
- 1.75 cups flour
- .25 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- .5 teaspoon salt
- .67 cups cold butter
- 2 to 3 tablespoons cold water
Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in the butter. Sprinkle in water
and toss with a fork.
